We provide psychotherapy, which is a fancy word for counseling. We are willing to work with any story and issue, and we have worked with clients who have experienced trauma in multiple different ways, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, relational trauma, grief and loss, PTSD etc. We have experience working with behavioral problems, including Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and others. We are also willing to work with Work/Career Issues, Chronic Pain, Attachment Issues, Life Transitions, Stress Management, Role Changes within the family system and individually, Relational Issues and Conflict Resolution, Parenting and Co-parenting, Intimacy and Sexuality, Depression, Anxiety, Crisis Management, Suicide and Self-Harm, and others.

We work with all ages, starting at age 3 and up. We work with individuals, couples (in all shapes and forms), blended families, First Responders, Veterans, and their families. We utilize Person-Centered Theory, but we use an integrative approach, allowing for other interventions and theories to combine together which gives the client counseling tailored to their needs and goals. We also utilize Play Therapy Techniques (from a Person-Centered Approach). Neely is currently pursuing this credential-Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and the second Certified Synergetic Play Therapist® in the state of Alabama.
